[Neighbors] Auto Theft Prevention

This may be erroneous info but ~ I was told that newer cars with
electronic locks are pretty easy to break into (all you need is a tennis
ball and a firm whack, according to what I was told). If that's true,
running your car to warm up - with it locked - well, not a good idea.
