[Neighbors] Cannabis retail conditional use request

I am in support of this conditional use application. Cannabis retail is a
perfectly legitimate business, and this area does *not *seem
overly-saturated, as others have suggested. I also don't agree with the
fear-mongering regarding cannabis I've seen in the related threads, but
everyone is entitled to their personal opinion.
