[Neighbors] Leaf clean up

Hello again, neighbors,

Thanks to those who have responded ~ many with suggestions of things I 
can/should do with my leaves.

Appreciated, and I hope you can also appreciate that I need help 
cleaning them up.

I hope to hear more about cost effective recommendations for just that.
