Yes, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Devices) is dead this year, but
We'll Be Back.

In the meantime, to stay current on this issue:

The Discovery Channel will air a two-part documentary, Someone's Watching,
on RFIDs etc. February 26 and 27 (Sat & Sun).
"Drawing on the reporting resources of The New York Times, this
two-part documentary will explore how electronic surveillance is used by
governments, employers and ordinary citizens in their everyday
lives....We'll learn about the latest innovations in electronic
surveillance, from tiny video cameras to software that monitors e-mail, from
data mining to GPS tracking devices," says the Discovery Channel website

Thank you, ACLU member Walter Hodge of Dixon, New Mexico, for this
information!
