The Bernalillo county clerk says she can't legally mail out absentee ballot
requests until Sept. 14. The stat sos may have the same constraint.

I saw a report of that in the local paper, too, and sure enough, the link
Dick gave works.

But when I go to nmvote.org, it says "Online absentee ballot requests for
the 2020 General Election are not yet available, but will be ASAP." What's
the deal? I could put that longer link on the website, but we've been
telling everybody all along to use nmvote.org.
