[LWVNM Action] Request for absentee ballot up on SOS site

I printed off an Absentee Ballot application for myself, as well as for a
couple of people who have called into the League office who did not have a
computer. I did not use nmvote.org but went to the County Clerk’s website
to print off the applications, and had no problems.
