Is there a way to watch proceedings on the House and Senata floors?
Do we know yet if any public comment is allowed?
There are several interesting bills now on the house floor calendar

but that page doesn't say when they meet or how to watch or comment,
and they aren't listed on http://sg001-harmony.sliq.net/00293/harmony .
