[LWVNM Action] Committee Substitute for SB199 - Redistricting Act passes Senate Rules 10-0

Let us know which day for us to call/email/testify, as the case maybe, 
so Senate Judiciary will also support.

Will House Speaker Brian Egolf support?  Or can the bill just go to the 
House Floor?
