[LWVNM Action] In person testifying at the Legislature

There was some confusion about what was presented at the Legislative
Council hearing yesterday about in person testifying at committee meetings.

The Senate is pretty clear - you can testify in person as you normally
would. But there might be limits on how many can be in the committee rooms.

The House message was a little confusing. They said people had to testify
through a device. Some people interpreted that as meaning you had to have
your own device to testify or that it had to be virtual. I asked the Hose
Clerk (always helpful) to clarify. She said that you can testify in person
and that the legislature will provide the device in the committee meeting
room.
