[LWVNM Action] State-level Data for Understanding Child Poverty - Child Trends

NM has made significant progress in reducing child poverty and increasing
high school graduation rates etc, but we need to explore and address the
factors that keep us dead last  in child well being and educational
opportunity in the Annie E. Casey Kids Count rating system.

Topic for discussion and legislative advocacy in connection with tax
reform.
