[LWVNM Action] Legislative Tracking sheet

Dayan Hochman Vigil was allowed to vote remotely yesterday in HGEIC.  And
there was a small period when I was glad Bill Rehm was in the room - Block
and Zamora kept trying to break rules or do things, and Rehm kept
correcting them - "no, you have to vote on the motion, etc."  And the chair
kept wandering off the books. She kept saying "it's Saturday."  Judy
