[LWVNM Action] Weekly Action committee meeting

Today is the last day for early filing. By late today we should know the
final prefiled bills.

I am attaching the latest with adds from yesterday's pre-filed.
Note: the Senate pre-filed Child Tax Credit increase bill is not adequate.
We are waiting for the House version
