[LWVNM Action] can anyone speak at the SEC meeting today?

I wrote to Meredith yesterday but she did not respond.  Here is my message:

Will you be attending the SEC meeting tomorrow?  If so, would you speak in
support of these bills?  I don't know why the Center for Dryland Resilience
is being heard by the SEC, but it's a good idea, a returning bill.
Here are the bills and our position:


SB60  Photovoltaic Systems in New Public Schools

* The League supports policies and incentives that reduce greenhouse gas
emissions.  *

SB 78 Center for Dryland Resilience
* LWVNM advocates for responsible management of our land to preserve
habitats and natural landscapes for the continued viability of all species.*

Please respond if you can attend.
