[LWVNM Action] 2023 Interim Committees - see attached

Note that some interim committees are created by statute:
* §2-3-1 NMSA 1978* *

Some are created by the Legislative Council (sort of the Legislative
Executive Committee) * Created by Legislative Council 5/1/23 *
and have to be reauthorized each interim.

Senate Rules is the only Standing Committee that is authorized to meet
during the interim.
