Spouses of U.S. Citizens and Eligible Stepchildren *
On Monday August 19th, the application period began for the much
anticipated Keeping Families Together program for certain spouses and
children of U.S. citizens, a program first announced

by President Biden on June 18th that will ease the pathway to adjust status
and help keep families together.
On day 1, our members hit the ground running with legal workshops, info
sessions, digital tools, and celebration. NPNA was founded to help
implement immigration solutions

like these that provide an on-ramp for eligible immigrants to begin the
process of unlocking their pathway to more permanent relief. We applaud the
Biden-Harris administration's effort to keep families together and
eliminate barriers for thousands of mixed status families, who previously
would have to be separated from their families for months or years at a
time awaiting consular appointments abroad to begin the process of
adjusting status.
