[LWVNM Action] House bills through January 7th

FYI - HB44 - protecting from sexually-offensive/pornographic material - is
already covered in NMSA Chapter 30 "Criminal Offenses", specifically
30-6A.  In fact, some of the language proposed in HB44 is lifted directly
from the existing legislation, 30-6A-3 "Sexual Exploitation of Children".
