[LWVNM Action] Updated Testimony for SB144 & SB145, Hearing tomorrow, Sunday Mar 2, 1pm

I spoke for both SB144 and SB145

SB144 passed, but I had to leave before the vote on SB145. I assume it
would be the same vote.

SB145 was amended to increase the 10% set aside for municipalities and
counties t 30%. !5% for urban & 15% for
rural
