[LWVNM Action] environmental priority updates and a question

Hi Jeanne, re the 2 identical bills - yes that have to pass their respective houses. I don’t remember the procedure for merging after that. In the USCongress they have conference committees to do that.
I have very little idea what will go, but I suspect the Strategic Water Reserve will be approved. However, there are always behind-the-scenes activities.
