   - $17 million to keep health insurance premiums from skyrocketing.
   - $50 million to keep rural hospitals and clinics open.
   - Nearly $30 million to strengthen food assistance and maintain SNAP for seniors.
   - Funding to keep vaccines accessible and affordable.
   - $6 million to keep local public broadcasters on the air.
   - Seed funding for the Regulation and Licensing Department to prepare New Mexico to join interstate medical compacts, allowing quick implementation once approved in the 30-day session.
