[LWVNM Action] PED’s Martinez-Yazzie draft plan

Comments may be submitted until October 17. Several organizations are very
critical of it thus far, but it’s better than anything else we’ve seen over
the past 6 years. The proof is in the pudding. Are these ambitious
statements truly actionable commitments or more of the same?
