 Thank you for sharing.
In reviewing the report, it appears that New Mexico continues to be ahead
of the curve on these issues. We have administrative practices and laws in
place that result in the clear identification of voters who have
potentially moved in compliance with the NVRA. The balance remains that the
voter can clarify their address through completion of forms or voting, so
there are safeguards for things like postal delivery errors, etc., before
they are removed from the voter roll.
 We are also a state that still participates in The Electronic Registration
Information Center program in which states share voter registration
information in a way that supports the identification of movement of and
death of voters.
 And, we have already been receiving voter registration data through the
MVD for years, but recently, with the passage and implementation of secure
automatic voter registration, we have broadened the number of updates the
clerks receive regarding voters.
 The report helps support the work we do as we talk to voters and
legislators, so I truly appreciate you forwarding it to us.
