[Awclist] PFD found Monday

We ran County Line Memorial Day morning.  While waiting to help us shuttle, 
Peg Hume ran into an older gentleman with an accent who had given a ride to 
a couple who had been canoeing -- but their dog jumped into the river and 
they gave chase, leaving behind in his car a very nice PFD.  There is no 
name on it.
