PS.  I hadn't heard from Pat, Deb or Wes, 'til I read the thread.

But here's some food for thought:  every day at 2000 cfs  eliminates 2  
days at 1000.

Question: If you knew that boating opportunities (for yourself and  
others) would be cut in half, would you hold out for 2000?
