No, I would consider other users.  I just like a little faster and higher  
water. I just go where the water is. Arizona,  Colorado, Utah, Idaho.  Chama  
at 800 is just kinda boring.  I WILL take my grandkids down it at 800 but it  
is relegated to 2nd fiddle/family float at anything less than 2000 in my  
book. 
I can always go somewhere else. I understand we need to work to preserve it  
for the future and will gladly help work towards that goal
I may not be the typical user.

But here's some food for thought:  every day at 2000 cfs  eliminates 2  
days at 1000.

Question: If you knew that boating opportunities (for yourself and  
others) would be cut in half, would you hold out for 2000?
