[Awclist] Salt

The snow pack for the Salt river basin is currently at 35% of normal. So 
if it runs it'll be a short season.
The river forecast center is predicting that it'll happen next weekend 
(These forecasts are probably much less accurate than the weather). I 
don't have a permit, but it might be nice to  take a weekend and head 
down there to do the day run. Last I checked the Apache were charging 
$20/day. Anyone interested? It's about a 6 hour drive.
