The Adobe Whitewater Club is sponsoring The Emerald Mile  presented by
author Kevin Fedarko.
Join us in taking a virtual dory trip down the Grand Canyon with highest
flows due to record runoff  levels of 1983 filling Lake Powell...to the TOP!
Glen Canyon Dam, nearly lost,  albeit the plywood addition keeping the water
from flowing over the top of the dam, was releasing enormous 
amounts of water...and 3 river guides decide to run their dory down the
canyon...what an adventure! EPIC in fact!

Books are $30 and they will take cash, check or credit cards.  If you have
one already bring your copy for the author's signature.
