The Reel Paddling Film Festival is Sunday, June 14th.  As a special bonus for AWC members, we are offering a "Buy one, get one free" special for the Film Festival.  Regular adult tickets are $15, Youth (<16) are $10 and children under 30" are free.  Pre-registration is required for this special deal. Register online at Sandia Paddle & Film Festival | New Mexico Kayak InstructionEnter "AWC member" in the comments box to receive your discount.  Consider this - buy one adult ticket for $15, and get one free; that's how quickly your AWC membership can pay for itself.
   - Once you register, you'll receive a paypal invoice for the amount of the ticket (discounts included).

   - The invoice will need to be paid in full by midnight Saturday for the special discount.

   - Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.

   - This is available only for AWC members;

   - Walk-ins will be charged regular price at the door.
Proceeds from the event support Kayak New Mexico's Adaptive Paddling programs;     "Kayak New Mexico builds courage, confidence and character, one stroke at a time, through Adaptive Paddling programs for people with physical or developmental disabilities, or life-threatening medical conditions.  Through our Healing Veteran's program, Kayak New Mexico helps service-injured Veterans find serenity and purpose in environments where PTSD, anxiety and depression cannot compete."

The event will begin at 6pm.  Doors open at 5:30.  Sandia Prep Auditorium, on the Sandia prep campus.

We'll have about 2.5 hours of videos, with about 1/2 whitewater focused, and 1/2 an even mix of sea kayaking, SUP, rafting, kayak fishing, conservation and education.  We're pretty excited about the lineup.
