[NMCycling] Mesa del Sol circuit race

Due to the lack of numbers for this weeks race, (1), I am going to cancel
the event.

Do not mind breaking even, but am already out $400 from the last race and
the thought of losing more money is not sitting well.

Remember the State /Regional TT in Moriarty June 15th.
