Thank you for the email.  Let me start by saying I apologizing for the
results on Sunday. As Race Director for the event it is my responsibility
to ensure that all aspects of the race run smoothly from beginning to end.
I assure you that the officials on Sunday had any protests resolved and
posted in a timely manner.  I did not make sure that the corrected results
were put onto the final information for USAC posting.  I apologize I
understand how frustrated everyone is with results and I always appreciate
you bringing it to my attention.

As many of you know we have a designated person that is responsible for
posting results on USA Cycling website.  Please remember that he can only
post the information he is given and he bears not responsibility in the
issues that are arising this season.

As the Series Race Director I am committed to continue providing our race
community with the best customer service and race experience that they have
grown to expect.  As our series grows it is being brought to my attention
the necessity to establish procedures to ensure that I am aware issues that
cannot be resolved in a timely manner.

That being said please do not hesitate to address or copy me on emails
regarding any issues with the NM Cyclocross Series.  My focus is and always
has been the racers.  I will work with all entities to ensure that your
time and money are well spent.
