[NMCycling] MdS practice race is cancelled for this evening.

I just went out to the course and its very wet, in part due to the way it
is configured.
So rather than trash it today and possibly not have it for this weekends
race, we'll just cancel todays practice race and have a great race on
Saturday.
Don't forget to sign up at newmexicosportsonline.com to avoid the late fee.
