[NMCycling] Trifecta in Las Cruces and Hillsboro

NM racers,

Only about two weeks to go before the race.

At ZiaVelo, after suggestions from ZV members, we have altered some 
aspects of the race in order to get more prize(s) and money for more 
racers. Rather than an omnium the race is a series on the weekend with 
an individual winner for each event -- the TT, CRIT, and RoadRace. We 
hope this will make a more competitive race setting and encourage 
everyone to compete for each event as individuals or as a team.
