[NMCycling] 2015 cross series director, found

David Saenz is the new director of the NM X series.

The series has been set as have the races in the series. WTF.

This was not opened to the general NMBRA members, racers, or old promoters,
copy of email below, as are the rules, regulations and racers.

Guess only the chosen few are allowed to promote X-races in New Mexico, or
make decisions about how the NMCross series should be run. Hope this
changes under new management.

Dear All,

Thank you for your patience.  As many of you may know, David Saenz has been
assisting me for the last few months with the pre organization of the NMCX
Series.  Due to time and family constraints David as agreed to step in as
the interim series race director.

Please find attached the NMCX Series Promoter requirements, initial, sign
and return at your earliest convenience.

We are excited to have so many new cyclocross race directors.  They all
come with previous experience and we feel they will be a great addition to
the series; Jerry Shere from Sports Systems put on the first Pojoaque CX
Race, Jeff Huser from NM Devo has put on several Time Trial Series events
and Kim Bear from Spokettes promoted the first Xterra Race at Glorietta
Camps last year.

We will request that NMBRA announce the races on their calender next week.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact David
directly.  I am happy to offer support to anyone with regards to permitting
events.
