[NMCycling] Cyclocross on the Mesa

Well, the online sign up is closed, however you can still sign up until
30mins before each race.

In lue of the late fee, you can bring 2 cans for food to donate to the Road
Runner Food Bank.

Or

If you think you can come up with a really good excuse, I'll comp the late
fee.
Hmmm what would be a great excuse, I know...
