[NMCycling] Glorieta Camps Cyclocross Weekend for Halloween!

One quick correction.

For multiple race pre-registration online, you receive *25%* off every race
AFTER the first race. USA Cycling is a little weird with discounts and will
only discount additional races. Sorry for the confusion!
