[NMCycling] Bad Santa CX: Race Start Delayed 1 Hour

Bad Santa CX Racers: 

Because of the expected cold weather tomorrow morning and high winds that are tearing down course tape start of the the Bad Santa CX will be delayed 1 hour. 

First race will now start at 10AM. 

Numbers will be on the left.
