[NMCycling] Riding trainer in a sling. Any tips?

Two weeks ago my cross season came yo a crashing halt at Glorieta.  Special thanks to everyone that checked on me.  I ended up with a badly broken arm/shoulder.  Fast forward to now and I'm going stir crazy!  I hope to be cleared to start riding the trainer soon.  Any tips from those of you that have been here before? Thanks, Todd
