For the most successful experience at our events you will need to provide your own bicycle, a trainer, and something to raise the front end of your bike about 4"-6” from the floor. Ideally your bike will be multi-geared and will be equipped with a computer that can display cadence. A heart rate monitor isn’t necessary but, may be useful. A supply of water, a towel and something with which to either protect the floor or clean the floor around you after the workout would  also be good to have.
