[NMCycling] TNC resuts/info

Concerning the TNCs

8/1 will be back on the normal short course.
8/8 will be on a longer course but not using the hill we used on 7/25.
8/8 is the last TNC.  Tentatively we may do a TNMTB on 8/29.

Results as best as I have them for the last two weeks.
