The 2017 505 Cycling Classic Presented by Car Crafters

taken place this coming weekend *April 1st & 2nd* .  The race is being
brought by 505 Cycling team.  Registration is now open @ New Mexico Sports

P/1/2/3 U23 TT Winner as well as $50.00 dollars to the Women 4/5 U23 TT

·        P2M Cycling Studio <http://p2mcycling.com> is proud to sponsor the
505 Classic again this year by donating a Stages Power Meter to the race.
P2M will provide an Ultegra level power meter for the race.  The exact
model will depend on the winner’s bike components.

·        As with 2016, the race will pay a bonus of $250.00 dollars to any
M or W P/1/2/3 if they can win all 3 events.

 ·        The race will give out $100.00 dollars to the winner of  M/W
P/1/2/3 Categories King & Queen of the Hill on Sunday RR.  Competition will
be based on points.  Rider does not need to be register for the Omnium, but
he/she will need to finish the race to collect the prize.



*RACE*

·        As with the previous years the race will have 3 stages in 2 days
and will have an Omnium format. In a Omnium format you can race one event,
2 events or all 3 events. The stages will be:

o   Saturday am: *Doug Schneebeck Memorial ITT*.  Same course as 2016.

o   Sunday: *Car Crafters Road race*.  Same course & distance as 2016

·        Discount registration fee and no late registration fee for
Collegiate racers.

·        All leading Omnium riders leading to the CRIT and Road Race will
sport a leader’s jersey provided by *Castelli*.

·        The race offers 2 ways to save money on registration.

(a)   Donate $250.00 dollars or more to ALS and your registration fee will
be waived.  One registration fee waived per $250.00 donated.  NO LIMIT!!

(b)   Register as a team.  As with the previous 3 years save $10.00 dollars
per rider, when you register as a team, 5 riders minimum.
