[NMCycling] Found - Ortlieb Pannier. Describe contents to claim

[John Vance via Bike-racers]

As described - a single Ortlieb Classic pannier found in the middle of a
road by a coworker.  Tell me what's inside it and I'll get you in contact
with him.

Can those of you who are on commuter or touring mailing lists pass this
