[NMCycling] Bike theft questions

This is what they look like.  The big chain is the one Damian mentioned,
bought at Harbor Freight.

One of the hooks is all the way through the wall with a nut welded on the
other side.

Yes, the good thieves cary a 18v grinder/cutter so this will only
discourage and slow them down another 30 seconds.
