[NMCycling] 2018 Tour Of Los Alamos

Bike Racers:
   2018 Tour of Los Alamos is scheduled for Sunday, September 23rd 2018.
The promoter has gone thru a lots of hoops to make this race happen, road
construction, Lab red tape etc.. and it would be nice to reward the race
with a good turnout.
