[New Mexico Spokettes Racing Team - via Bike-racers]

The Spokettes Annual Team Time Trial is New Mexico's most welcoming race
for women and co-ed teams of all levels.


The 10-mile time-trial bicycle race offers individuals and teams the
opportunity to race against the clock on June 30, 2019, south of Algodones,
New Mexico. Cyclists start at 30-second intervals on an out-and-back course.


With multiple categories for all cycling levels, this is a great and fun
first race for women! Experienced cyclists have the chance to set personal
records and win prizes for the top-three places in each category. New this
year are co-ed teams of two or four cyclists and mountain bikes.

All types of bicycles permitted including road, time trial mountain,
hybrid, cyclocross, or fixed-gear bicycles with front brakes.

   - NEW! Two-Person Team Time Trial (one woman and one man)
   - NEW! Four-Person Team Time Trial (two women and two men)
   - NEW! Open Mountain Bike Time Trial
   - Women USA Cycling Categories 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
   - Women Masters Age Categories 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
   - Women Juniors Age Categories 10-12, 13-15, 16-18
   - Open Mountain Bike Category
   - NEW! *This year's race also includes a team challenge.* Those who
   register with the same team name are automatically entered in the first New
   Mexico Spokettes TT Team race. *(This is not a separate race. Instead,
   it is a calculation of the lowest total time for the fastest four
   participating racers within a team.)*

*Note:* One-day licenses are available for cyclists who have never held a
USAC Cat 1-5 road, cyclocross, or track annual license or a Cat 1 annual
mountain bike license. All others must have (or purchase on site) an annual
license.



*Experienced One-Day Licenses:* If categories prohibit you from entering a
race with a beginner one-day license (Cat 1 mountain bike and anything but
Cat 5 for road, track and cyclocross),  the experienced one-day license is
available for $25. The experienced one-day license is only available online
through www.usacycling.org/register/2019-1115.
