Mickey,

The issue is it's NOT listed in the items of purchase at checkout. They
sneak it in as a "free trial", at some obscure time during registration.
Then a month later you see $90 charge on your statement and are, "WTF IS
THIS!!!" Then you have to try to remember when you may have made a $90 purchase
with "ACT". After doing a bunch of research to discover "ACT" is Active.com
then you have to go to the site and figure out what this $90 is for. After
you've discovered you've been taken for a fool, now you have to call
customer support and have the charge credited back to your card. Because we
have nothing better to do with our time.
