As of Wednesday morning HB 192 is now on the House Floor Calendar as agenda item 23:

What’s been happening is that each day there’s a mid-day House floor session convening at 11:00 or 11:30 AM for a couple hours and then the House reconvenes at 5:30 PM for second floor session that can go late into the night.  When HB 192 gets heard depends on how much floor debate there is on the Bills that precede it on the agenda.  It may be a number of sessions before HB 192 is heard so there is still time to contact your Representative before they vote.
