Since this new law affects every road and street in the State it is a huge expense to reconfigure all the roadways and I see it doomed to fail.
I think it better to redefine the definition of right side line which delineates the roadways from the shoulder. Most, including Federal law states bikes should stay as close as practicable to that stripe while on the roadway,...not the shoulder.
This needs driver reeducation and serious penalties for striking a cyclist.
Doubt it will get out of committee. Buy a mirror.

If you would like to attend the meeting at the Roundhouse and speak during the public comment period in favor this Bill, please do so on behalf of yourself or your bicycle organization.  In public comments, the public is allotted up to about two minutes each.  It may be a simple expression of support for the Bill.

We will be at The Roundhouse all day tomorrow lobbying for HB 192.

Thank you very much,
