The Category descriptions and Race Start groups are based on the Categories
and Start Groups shown in the 2019 NMRS Rules.

In the Rules, Start Group #2 includes Master Men 45+ "A" (Cat 1/2)," and
also includes Men Cat 3.

A Men Cat 3 (regardless of age) by joining Start Group #2 will be at the
starting and racing with the Masters Men 45+ "A" (Cat 1/2). At that point
it appears to be a question of who he wants to mix it with out on the
course.

But wait - It looks like the flier in fact does show "Masters Men 45+ "A"
(Cat 1/2/3)," so it shouldn't be a concern.

I will check that the description on the registration site conforms to the
flier.

Issue resolved: happy racing.
