This meeting is to determine if we can make this park a reality.
 * Design – basic – will end up altering or improving over time
 * Soil composition challenges to overcome
 * Equipment needed – from what department, who will operate
 * Hand equipment needed – from what department
 * Elements needed for building obstacles
 * Programming to begin (Saturdays – 10:00am – 3:00pm?)
