I'm definitely in line with Chandler on this one. The level of ambiguity
of the order (regarding masks and exercising OUTDOORS) leaves it up for
interpretation. It seems that individual exercising away from public
places (don't go jogging around busy places) is not really the target of
this, but gyms and working out in crowds would qualify...which is
understandable.

On the subject of Hawke's event: as long as it is individual, away from a
publicly attended area, and there's plenty of social distancing, I wouldn't
even bother considering cancelling it. For sure, following the protocols
should be emphasized as well as using good judgement in terms of spacing.
I highly doubt anyone would see doing this activity, with properly adapted
spacing protocols, is a public health hazard. But, everyone should
definitely make those decisions for themselves. Masks work in
close-contact and indoor spaces.

And that's all I have to say 'bout that.
