[NMCycling] ABQ MM BFL Updates

FYI, I won't be riding Saturday with you all this year. But as Nate
mentioned, I will still be placing a water drop at the indicated location.
There will be a fancy sign (cardboard with black sharpie writing) letting
you all know you've arrived!!
